Worried About Germs?

With bad news all around us, how can we keep our
bodies in tip-top shape? Should we fear germs? Do this:

Take a deep breath. You just breathed in millions of germs. You really did. But don’t be scared. We are all covered, inside and out, with billions upon billions of germs: bacteria, viri, fungi etc., etc., etc. All the time. Yet 99.99999% of the time, you’re not sick. Why? Because germs don’t make you sick.

When you are sick, you make germs. Germs only grow in a stressed, malnourished, toxic body. Germs cannot take hold in a well-functioning body. How do you ensure proper function?

Visit your chiropractor! When your body is free of subluxations, it functions at closer to 100%. You digest and absorb food better, you have less stress, and you detoxify more effectively. Come in for chiropractic care for the best protection against germs, and bring your kids and grandparents in too!

Custom Orthotics – More Than Shoe Insoles

Functional Orthotics For Wellness

Most Chiropractors advertise pain relief without drugs and care for injuries. Many doctors and practices have begun labeling and promoting themselves as Wellness Centers. A wellness practice focuses on maintaining a pre-existing level of musculoskeletal balance and postural health and preventing conditions that might alter this state of health. The challenge is, how can healthy patients help be protected from problems that might arise in the future? The answer is simple: custom-made orthotics. Custom orthotics may be traditionally seen as a preventative measure, but so are most treatments of old. They are the perfect, foundational support your patients will never want to go without.

Wellness is a great concept—one of those “win-win” situations for doctors and patients. Orthotics are the perfect way to implement this concept and help establish a “preventative” approach, in addition to the traditional reactive ones, if need be. Let’s take a look at the foundation of the body, and see just how useful orthotics can be.

Chiropractic and Your Immune System

While it is important to follow a healthy diet with a mix of fruits and vegetables, chiropractic care can aid in boosting immunity.

Chiropractic care improves the function of the nerve system by improving the movement of the spinal bones that encase and protect the spinal cord.

Chiropractic care aids in patients’ overall health, and although adjustments of the spine help in relieving the pain of those suffering from back and neck discomfort, these adjustments also aid in our immune system. Our immune system is directly connected to our spine and when it is not aligned, it may throw your entire system off track. Thus, resulting in a non-responsive system.

Chiropractors may use a variety of spinal manipulation to help relieve this compression and, in turn, may boost your immune system.

People visit chiropractors every day for different reasons. Lower back pain, headaches, leg pain, and injury are just a few of the reasons for a trip to the local chiropractor. Spinal health is imperative in overall health. The numerous benefits of chiropractic care can help improve the overall quality of life and increase health, all without the use of drugs or surgery.
